We are presently looking for qualified individuals to join our sales force and work as inside account executives within our Scottsdale location. We offer a competitive salary and commission structure along with an extensive benefits package.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and build a book of accounts and manage the full sales
cycle from introduction to final close.
* Outbound calling to prospective clients and owned accounts on a
daily basis.
* Communicating Hypertec’s value proposition to key decision makers
and influencers
* Managing time effectively to achieve daily sales goals and metrics
as well as meet these targets on a consistent basis.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our manufacturer
and distribution partners
* Preparing quotes and bids for customer opportunities, as well as
processing orders and providing tracking to customer base as needed.
* Attend manufacturer/vendor training events (some events are
outside of regular business hours) and complete computer based trainings on
your own initiative and/or as requested by management

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years selling experience with a proven track record
of success, preferably selling technical solutions, including hardware and
software.
* Ability to work within a performance based environment and thrive
in this type of setting
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
required (French would be an asset but not mandatory)
* Ambitious, career oriented, energetic, self-motivated and results
driven
* Excellent presentation, negotiation and organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently.
* Proficiency in using computers and are comfortable with Microsoft
Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and utilizing the internet.

The Assistant Property Manager is the “right hand” of the Property Manager, focusing on resident customer service and assisting with managing the day-to-day operations of the property. The Assistant Property Manager is also a sales leader, taking the lead in engaging prospective residents, showing them why they should select Home Properties as their home.As an Assistant Property Manager, you will:- Support the Property Manager in effectively managing the property
- Handle record keeping, reporting, rental revenue, delinquencies, late notices, evictions, resident relations.
- Process apartment applications and lease renewals by accurately completing all related paper work.
- Create resident files, including all related paperwork and documentation
- Assist the maintenance department by ensuring apartment turnovers, moves-in, move-outs, and work order requests are completed on schedule and to company standards.
REQUIREMENTS:- Previous property management experience, including bookkeeping, leasing, and customer service experience.
- Strong knowledge of property management law and resident relations.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, and be detail oriented.
- Must be able to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents.
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Previous knowledge of MRI property management software is preferred.
